Privacy Policy

Your privacy and data security are fundamental to our business practices.

Effective Date: March 2026

Introduction

Conde Digital Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a veteran-owned small business committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at condedigitalsolutions.com (the "Site") or engage our consulting services.

By accessing or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access the Site.

Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:

Information You Provide

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company details that you voluntarily provide when contacting us through the Site or engaging our services.
  • Business Information: Project requirements, technical specifications, and other information relevant to consulting engagements.

Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, navigation paths, and other analytical data about your interaction with the Site.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or user tracking. A standard security cookie may be set to protect form submissions from automated abuse; it contains no personal information. Our analytics system uses your browser's built-in storage instead of cookies, as described below.

What We Collect

To understand how visitors use our Site and improve the experience, we collect:

  • Pages visited and general navigation patterns
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, or tablet)
  • Approximate location (city and region only, determined by a geolocation service called ipapi.co)
  • How you arrived at our Site (e.g., search engine, direct visit)
  • Whether you are a new or returning visitor

We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal details through analytics. Your IP address is used once per session to determine your approximate location, but it is not stored in our analytics records.

How We Store and Process Analytics

A randomly generated identifier is saved in your browser to help us distinguish new visitors from returning ones. This identifier does not contain your name or any personal details. Session data is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab. Your theme preference (light or dark mode) is also saved locally and is not shared with anyone.

Analytics data is recorded in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet that only Conde Digital Solutions can access. We use Google Forms as the submission mechanism; no Google advertising services, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager are involved.

Your Choices

We respect your privacy preferences. If your browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled, our analytics system is completely disabled. No data is collected and no requests are made to third-party services.

You can also clear your browser's local storage for this site at any time to remove the visitor identifier, or contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of your analytics data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested information or services
  • Develop proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work for consulting engagements
  • Communicate with you about projects, services, and business matters
  • Improve and optimize the operation of our Site
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security threats

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Legal Requirements: If required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, clients, or others.
  • Service Providers: With the following third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site:
    • Google (Google Forms/Sheets) receives anonymized analytics event data as described in Section 3
    • ipapi.co receives your IP address once per session to provide approximate geolocation
    • Cloudflare hosts our Site and processes contact form submissions through a serverless worker endpoint
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, where your information may be transferred as a business asset.
  • With Your Consent: When you have given us explicit permission to share your information.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:

  • Contact form data: For the duration of any active consulting engagement, plus a reasonable period thereafter
  • Analytics data: Retained in our private Google Sheets spreadsheet indefinitely for trend analysis. Analytics data is pseudonymous (visitor UUID, not your name or email) and can be deleted upon request
  • Browser storage: The visitor identifier in localStorage persists until you clear it. Session data in sessionStorage is cleared automatically when you close your browser tab
  • As required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations

When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. To request deletion of your analytics or contact data, email [email protected].

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Portability: Request your data in a structured, commonly used format
  • Opt-Out: Opt out of certain data processing activities

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. As a technology consulting firm serving both commercial and government clients, we employ security practices including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
  • Secure hosting infrastructure
  • Access controls and authentication measures
  • Security best practices aligned with industry standards

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are directed to businesses and government agencies, not to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
